Pleasant
Near station, though not easy to find immediately.
Smoker’s room. The staff gave me air refreshers but still bad. Breakfast consists of only bread, and some eggs, which is sub par for a Japanese hotel.

What was the highlight of Urayasu Sun Hotel
Good
It was relatively clean, and that's about it. Towels and sheets were clean, room was clean. It provided an okay place to spend one night, but I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel for more than that. The staff at the reception was polite too.
The bathroom had a weird unaired smell. Honestly the bedroom smelled faintly of cigarette smoke though it was a non smoking room. The room, as is the hotel, is pretty old and the decor and facilities were dated.
