Pleasant
Near station, though not easy to find immediately.
Smoker’s room. The staff gave me air refreshers but still bad. Breakfast consists of only bread, and some eggs, which is sub par for a Japanese hotel.

It was a pleasant experience staying here.
It’s close to Urayasu station and also near to Disneyland Tokyo. Peaceful area. You can easy find convenient stores and restaurants close by.Complimentary breakfast which was good according to my taste.
Couldn’t find money exchange machine near this area not even at 7eleven

Close to Disney, comfortable
It is very good located, most of people doesn’t speak English but they still try they’re best. The happiest moment was with a receptionist called Kenji not only super kind, helpful and friendly but also he speaks English and Spanish!!! It is one bus away (like 15minutes) from Disney, very safe and comfortable. Breakfast included, so good!
